How to Return:

• Return Authorization required - email us at sstarwellnessinfo@gmail.com

• Provide your SSTAR or WellFIT Recovery Zone order number 

• Your item(s) must be returned within the first 30 days of your purchase

• Your item(s) must be received in like new condition in the original, undamaged packaging

• No restocking fee will be applied to your eligible refund if your authorized return is received within the first 30 days in the condition mentioned above

• A minimum 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if your item(s) is received after the first 30 days, or if the original packaging is damaged

• The shipping charges you paid to receive your order will not be refunded

• The item(s) authorized for return must be in its original, undamaged packaging and received in like new condition

• A Return Authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing us sstarwellnessinfo@gmail.com using the subject Return Authorization Request

• All documents and accessories shipped with the item(s) ordered must be included in the package

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us
